Payroll Internal Control Analyst

Perform reconciliation and analysis of critical employee and compensation data across payroll and HR systems to ensure data consistency and synchronization. Execute post-payroll controls and validations to identify discrepancies that may impact payroll accuracy. Investigate data mismatches and coordinate corrections with relevant stakeholders. Validate employee information changes, compensation updates, and other sensitive payroll-related transactions.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, Workforce Administration, Data Analysis, or related functions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Advanced English.
