Analyze and propose solutions for improving operational metrics. Develop personal leadership by taking responsibility for activities in the area, promoting teamwork and a good work environment. Foster good relationships with all areas involved in operations with a focus on safety, integrity, and profitability.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership positions such as ramp coordinator, AST supervisor, or similar. Preferred degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field. Basic to intermediate English proficiency and intermediate skills in Office software (Excel and PowerPoint).
