Payments Optimization Sr Analyst

Manage end-to-end operations and performance of payment methods on the platform. Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify deviations and coordinate quick actions with internal teams and providers. Analyze data to provide valuable insights aimed at optimizing payment acceptance models.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in optimization or analytics roles within the payments, fintech, or banking ecosystem. Proficiency in data analysis tools: Excel, SQL (BigQuery), and visualization dashboards. Advanced level of English.
