Core Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include daily reporting of scheduled, failed, and pending calls, as well as maintaining accurate records in the designated platforms. Additional tasks involve escalating individual cases and ensuring proper coordination with the Entel Coordinator.

Requirements

Candidates should have completed at least secondary education and possess 6 months to 1 year of experience in handling incoming and outgoing calls. The position requires availability for a rotating schedule from 7 AM to 8 PM, including weekends.
