What You'll Do
Lead and execute the strategic planning of the agency, implementing necessary actions for member retention and business results. Manage the agency's financial operations, ensuring compliance and risk management. Cultivate a cooperative culture within the agency and promote community engagement through events and partnerships.
What We're Looking For
Experience in agency management and people management. Bachelor's degree and MBA/specialization completed or in progress. Certifications from Anbima such as CPRO-I or CPRO-R. Knowledge of financial products and cooperative principles.
