Core Responsibilities

Own the full-cycle business development process from outbound prospecting to closing and expanding high-value client partnerships. Partner with creative and strategy teams to develop proposals and connect creative solutions to business outcomes for mid-market and enterprise brands.

Requirements

Requires 7+ years of client-facing experience in a creative agency with a proven track record of hitting annual quotas of $2M+. Must possess strong creative fluency and experience negotiating SOWs ranging from $100K to $1M+.
