Ensure the cross docking collection operation is executed with excellence, adhering to high service standards for sellers while maintaining driver experience and expected costs and speed. Manage the relationship with direct collection sellers, primarily large brands and professional sellers with high standards. Analyze KPIs related to speed, efficiency, and service to evaluate collection performance and generate action plans for continuous improvement.

Availability to work on-site from Monday to Friday in Bogotá from 12:00 to 20:00. Experience in Supply Chain, particularly in transportation. Proficiency in managing indicators and creating graphs using Google Suite or Excel. Knowledge of SQL, especially Google BigQuery, is desirable.
