The role involves supporting People & Culture processes, including personnel administration, talent management, and onboarding. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining HR dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of operational HR experience, along with intermediate to advanced proficiency in English, Excel, and Power BI, is required.
