Strategy & Ops Specialist

Develop and automate measurement tools and processes to enable agile decision-making regarding operational performance. Write SQL queries from scratch and utilize programming languages and AI to deeply understand data relationships. Provide insights and analyses to ensure market penetration goals are met for new product verticals. Act as a versatile resource, absorbing planning tasks and adapting to the needs of a constantly restructuring area.

Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related. 2 to 3 years of experience in roles like Business Analyst or Ops Analytics. Solid experience from Strategic Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or growth-stage Fintechs/technology companies. Proficiency in SQL or programming languages for data queries.

The position offers a hybrid work model, requiring attendance at the office in Mexico City three times a week. It includes a transparent selection process focused on evaluating technical and behavioral potential.
