Contribute to the continuous improvement of code, focusing on performance, security, scalability, and best practices such as testing and metrics. Identify and resolve problems independently, mitigating the recurrence of failures. Understand product objectives and business demands, transforming them into technical solutions aligned with the organization.

Experience in software development using GoLang and understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the language. Knowledge of cloud resources (queues, databases, data streams). Practical experience with AI tools applied to development (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor or similar). Ability to write objective technical specs for AI-assisted code generation.
