Product Lead [SME Credit Products]

Own the strategy and P&L of the SME credit business, including product portfolio and launch priorities. Lead and develop a team of Product Managers responsible for individual credit products. Design end-to-end credit journeys across origination, signing, disbursement, servicing, repayments, and collections with a focus on automation.

6+ years of experience in Product Management within fintech or banking, including 3+ years with SME/B2B credit products. Proven experience launching credit products from scratch and managing an existing credit portfolio. Strong understanding of credit product economics, including P&L, pricing, and provisioning.
