Core Responsibilities

The front desk associate is responsible for managing heavy multiple-line phone traffic and directing callers to the appropriate departments. Additionally, they must maintain a professional reception area, greet guests, and provide administrative support to management and other departments.

Requirements

Candidates must be students currently pursuing a degree in Finance, HR, Administration, or a related field. Excellent oral and written communication skills, software proficiency, and a professional attitude are required.
