Understand end-to-end process flows, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities. Analyze internal process efficiency, proposing initiatives to enhance quality, regulatory compliance, and operational scale. Monitor product and journey evolution, assessing impacts of adjustments and new implementations. Use indicators and data to identify problems, prioritize initiatives, and track results. Collaborate with technology, operations, and risk teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in technology, business, engineering, economics, or finance. Experience in product and process development with the ability to identify improvements in a structured manner. Analytical profile with skills to work with data and indicators for decision-making. Ability to navigate between areas (technology, operations, risk) ensuring alignment and execution. Basic knowledge of applicable financial sector regulations.
