Supervise the daily volume of proposals, ensuring balanced demand distribution and strict deadline compliance with banks and BPOs. Train and provide constant feedback to the team of analysts, serving as the main support for complex technical queries. Monitor productivity, conversion, and error indicators, acting immediately on deviations to ensure operational health and documentation quality.

Solid experience in the end-to-end real estate credit process (from analysis to formalization/registration). Previous leadership experience with teams, such as coordinator, supervisor, or technical/senior leader. Strong analytical skills to interpret operational data and transform it into flow improvements.
