Oversee the entire loan closing process, including drafting and reviewing mortgage and Deed of Trust documents. Lead and mentor closing analysts while managing workload distribution and granting final funding authorizations.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of hands-on experience in closing operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience collaborating with lenders or title companies is preferred.
