Act as a reference for the vertical, contributing to the definition of priorities and business evolution in collaboration with area leadership and multiple stakeholders. Design and execute the annual planning process, collaborating on objectives, commercial targets, and operational capabilities with regional and local teams. Lead the creation and storytelling of executive presentations for senior management, synthesizing key insights and recommendations. Monitor key initiatives of the vertical, acting as PMO to ensure visibility, alignment, and milestone compliance, including financial and operational impact analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Administration, or related fields. Experience in strategy, planning, finance, or project management roles with cross-functional interaction. Strong analytical skills with data handling and proficiency in tools like Excel and SQL. Knowledge of Portuguese is required.
