Employee Relations Specialist

Provide orientation on labor relations matters to people leaders, including performance improvement plans and workplace rules. Execute employee terminations ensuring legal compliance and manage documentation. Collaborate with external labor consultants to ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations and assist in developing policies and tools for legal compliance.

3 years of experience in Labor Relations, managing collective and individual labor contracts. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or similar. Advanced level of English required.
