Assume analytical and operational ownership of microcredit including origination, collection, and reporting to ensure reliable numbers. Automate processes and reports to reduce rework and accelerate decision-making. Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards for critical KPIs and investigate performance deviations to propose actionable plans.
What We're Looking For
Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights. Experience with A/B testing and hypothesis validation. Familiarity with data automation tools such as Python and experience with BI tools like Looker or Power BI.
