Sourcing Specialist Oils & Fats LA

Support spend category teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies for specific spend categories. Conduct market analytics and 'make or buy' analyses. Generate insights from bid events and prepare supplier negotiation materials. Manage supplier relationship management and ensure compliance with sourcing activities.

Experience in Procurement and Data Analytics. Preferred experience in supply market analysis and project management. Proficiency in Excel and SAP. Fluent in English and desirable Spanish. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
