The Growth Development Representative will focus on turning context-rich signals into high-intent conversations with growth leaders by designing and iterating on the outbound playbook. Responsibilities include running personalized outreach, booking qualified meetings for sales and partnerships, and collaborating daily with Marketing and Sales to refine strategy.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience in SDR, BDR, Growth, or outbound sales roles, along with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A strong requirement is demonstrated enthusiasm for building and scaling outbound motions using real signals, coupled with strong research and writing skills for personalized outreach.
