What You'll Do
Lead the evolution and development of loan products for individual and business clients, with or without collateral. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer journeys, operational processes, and credit product experiences. Gather business requirements, structure functional specifications, and prioritize demands with technology teams. Manage product backlog, tracking the complete development and implementation cycle of initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Analyst in the financial market. Knowledge of credit products, including loans for individuals and/or businesses. Experience in building, evolving, or supporting financial products. Familiarity with agile methodologies and backlog management. Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
