Core Responsibilities

The associate prepares journal entries, maintains and reconciles ledger accounts, and finalizes the intercompany reconciliation process, ensuring the integrity of the entire Report to Record process. They also find process gaps, provide improvement recommendations, and support project tracking and reporting tasks.

Requirements

This role requires vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience, indicating a developed proficiency in analytical or operational processes. The individual acts as an informal resource, completes work with limited supervision, and must possess developed skills across relevant processes, procedures, and systems.
