Requirements
Candidates must possess a solid engineering background with strong fundamentals in distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms, alongside proven leadership experience managing and developing engineering teams. Strong system design skills for scalable, fault-tolerant systems and excellent communication skills, including advanced English, are required.
