Core Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end customer experience across saving, spending, and credit for a high-value customer segment in Colombia. Lead strategy and execution across a multi-product portfolio, including Cards, Yield, Financing, Payments, and Partnerships. Use data and customer insights to diagnose performance, identify drivers of behavior, and set crisp, outcome-oriented priorities.

Requirements

Proven experience owning complex, high-impact product areas with significant business and customer outcomes. Strong ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across multiple functions. Advanced or Fluent English is required as you will use it daily in this role.
