Regional Vegetables Commercial Finance Lead LATAM

Provide finance expertise and strategic advice to the business, supporting decision-making processes and actively driving performance across the Vegetables LATAM region. Lead financial processes across the full P&L scope, including P&L and working capital management, and coordination of the planning cycle. Drive the delivery of budgets and forecasts while proactively challenging resource allocation and income generation.
Requirements
Finance professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in business finance and controlling. Proven experience in full P&L management and financial planning. Advanced English is mandatory. Experience in finance team structuring or transformation within organizational change contexts is desired.
