Manage operational and performance indicators weekly and monthly, identify deviations, define action plans, and monitor results to support route growth and delivery excellence. Lead external teams, oversee professional development, and manage driver schedules and routines. Monitor loading operations, coordinate with Kangu, address operational and safety deviations, and conduct site walks to identify risks.
What We're Looking For
Relevant previous experience in Supply Chain, operations, transport, and planning. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields. Proficiency in Office Suite and knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, as well as data analysis tools for decision-making.
