Core Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure clients receive maximum value from the platform. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving customer retention and identifying growth opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to advocate for customer needs and contribute to long-term success.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales. Background in fintech, banking, SaaS, or financial services. Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Hubspot. Working proficiency in English and Spanish.
