Make phone contact with workshops and dealerships to track the status of vehicles under maintenance. Record detailed information in the system to ensure data integrity and updates. Interact with peers and leadership to identify and resolve factors causing delays in service completion. Monitor indicators and propose improvements in monitoring processes.

High school diploma required. Analytical profile with problem-solving orientation. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic knowledge of tracking systems and tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
