Lead activities related to payroll, social security, and third-party payments. Oversee salary review activities ensuring alignment with global policies and participate in benefits analysis and payroll budgeting. Contribute to strategic projects like job grading and salary benchmarking, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in companies with over 500 employees in the financial or insurance sector. Intermediate or advanced English is desirable for international benchmarking and communication.

Indefinite contract with a hybrid work scheme. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
