Collections Team Lead / Resolver

Coordinate the collections team and provide operational support in escalations. Mentor and coach team members to effectively resolve aged issues. Conduct regular account reviews and lead escalation meetings with collectors and partners. Monitor team performance metrics and ensure effective communication with internal and external partners.

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline. Typically 3-5 years of work experience in collection, credit, banking, or a related field. Strong leadership skills and knowledge of collections processes.
