What You'll Do
Lead the agile transformation strategy and implementation roadmap. Promote agile culture through training, workshops, and mentoring. Act as a strategic partner to executives and leadership, supporting organizational mindset change and agile practices.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience as an Agile Coach in complex corporate environments. In-depth knowledge of scaled agility (SAFe or similar), organizational transformation, and leadership development. Required certifications include SAFe, CSM, and KMP.
