Product Analyst, Salesforce

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Product and Pricing, Fulfillment & Provisioning capabilities. Develop deep working knowledge of PBS processes and data across current and future-state systems. Partner with various stakeholders to gather requirements and validate that delivered solutions meet the stated need. Maintain the Jira backlog day-to-day, writing clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Hands-on experience with configuring Products and Pricing, bundle configurations, and provisioning software licenses. Understanding of the Lead-to-Cash process in an Enterprise SaaS company. Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and integration tools like MuleSoft or Boomi. Strong analytical skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
