Monitor payment management and follow up on overdue balances. Review correct payment applications and manage customer payments through transfers. Analyze and control key accounts, ensuring a 90% recovery rate of assigned portfolios. Establish effective communication with internal and external clients regarding collections.
What We're Looking For
University intern in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. 2 years of experience in a similar position. Ability to lead teams and manage administrative and analytical collections. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SAP.
