Requirements
Successful candidates must combine technical depth with sound judgment, clear communication, and a collaborative approach, comfortable leading complex analysis and guiding junior team members. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field is required, along with 5-7 years of progressive experience in data analysis, BI, or data science, ideally within insurance or risk consulting.
