The supervisor will be responsible for hitting the team sales quota by leading a team of up to 12 sales specialists and implementing workflow changes with management. Key duties include hiring, onboarding, motivating, controlling performance, conducting training, and ensuring process adherence.

Requirements

Candidates must possess proficiency in Spanish and English (B1 level) along with 3+ years of experience in Telemarketing or B2C sales and 3+ years in sales management. Essential skills include data analysis, coaching experience, strong soft skills, and CRM experience.
