Core Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Build and execute an organic growth strategy and funnel architecture to drive top-of-funnel traffic. Lead the migration from outdated platforms to a modern stack (e.g., GoHighLevel); own all segmentation and automated workflows. Design and deploy multi-stage funnels that track a prospect's journey from initial contact to a booked patient. Assess the current marketing stack, identify gaps, and provide clear ROI-based recommendations for new tools or future hires.

Requirements

Qualifications: 4+ years of proven experience building marketing functions with minimal guidance. Expert-level knowledge of email automation, CRM management, and funnel building. Strong background in organic SEO and content-led growth. Ability to make data-backed decisions and report on lead-to-booking conversion rates. Nice-to-Haves: Direct experience in Healthcare, Wellness, or Hospitality sectors. Proficiency in GoHighLevel or similar "all-in-one" marketing platforms. Bilingual (English/Spanish) for coordination within the LATAM region.
