What You'll Do
Serve as the Mechanical Resident Engineer in the plant, managing assigned projects and addressing design-related problem-solving activities. Conduct risk assessments and tackle plant-related issues, while working on improvement projects focused on scrap reduction and downtime. Provide guidance on commodity-related issues and lead cost reduction initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering. 3 to 4 years of experience in similar roles. Familiarity with FMEA, DRBFM, GD&T, and SAP is essential.
