What You'll Do
Analyze performance trends and manage server and network capacity. Respond to potential issues using automation, programming, and management tools as necessary. Participate in configuring and implementing technical solutions to improve or resolve system problems. Responsible for supporting documentation.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in IT. Must have certifications: Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.
