Core Responsibilities

This role is responsible for building and owning the marketing operating system, defining measurement frameworks, managing data flow across systems, and tracking pipeline creation and understanding across the funnel. Key duties include owning campaign taxonomy, designing lifecycle stages, building executive dashboards, developing attribution models, and ensuring high data quality.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a true builder operator with strong hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations covering CRM, automation, attribution, and governance. They must be able to simplify complexity, operate comfortably in ambiguity to build systems from scratch, and possess strong commercial judgment regarding data precision.
