Quality Control Specialist (Creative - Onsite)

Perform comprehensive quality reviews of creative and digital deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand, client, and technical requirements. Identify, document, and communicate visual, content, functional, and technical defects through clear, actionable feedback and reporting. Collaborate closely with Producers, Designers, Developers, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and mitigate delivery risks.

Advanced English level (B2+/C1 reading, writing, and conversation); 3+ years of experience in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Creative Production Review, Digital Production, or related fields. Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color, spacing, visual hierarchy, and overall creative quality standards.

This position requires full on-site attendance, five days per week, at the Barreal office (Heredia, Zona Franca Metropolitana) from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (CR time).
