Senior Compensation Operations Analyst

Design and automate compensation audits, controls, and validation processes. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process optimization. Build dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor operational performance and compliance. Analyze trends, risks, and audit findings to drive corrective actions.

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field. 4 years of experience in Compensation Operations, HR Operations, HRIS, auditing, analytics, or process improvement. Strong analytical skills and experience creating dashboards, reports, automated workflows, and controls.
