Core Responsibilities

Act as the technical point of contact to help prospective customers understand how AI-based identity verification solutions fit their business needs. Partner with Account Executives to translate customer requirements into product capabilities and provide implementation guidance.

Requirements

Requires 3+ years of experience in pre-sales or technical customer-facing roles with fluency in English and Spanish. Candidates must be able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and have an interest in AI or identity products.
