Core Responsibilities

The Acquisition Team Lead will drive growth by leading and empowering the outbound prospecting team, focusing on generating new cold business opportunities and optimizing the outbound acquisition model. This role involves coaching the team, designing and implementing scalable processes, and ensuring the sales funnel is consistently fed with high-value B2B clients.

Requirements

Candidates must have completed university studies in Engineering, Business, Administration, or Economics, along with at least 3 years of experience leading commercial areas selling financial products or intangibles to the B2B segment. Proficiency in B2B sales strategy, CRM software, data analysis, and specific prospecting/sales analysis AI tools is required.
