Activate and monitor partner drivers and staff for freight execution. Negotiate operational conditions such as schedules and priorities. Monitor the execution of trips, including loading, delivery, and closure. Resolve deviations, delays, and operational occurrences.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Previous administrative experience in logistics, customer service, or operations. Intermediate Excel skills, capable of handling advanced formulas and data analysis. Availability for on-site work and operational shifts, including alternating Saturdays.
