Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. 2 to 4 years of experience in inventory, quality, or warehouse management leading operational teams. Knowledge of systems like WMS and Kronos, and data analysis through Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and AI tools.
