Lead the monitoring team during shifts, distributing workloads and ensuring 24/7 coverage. Conduct 1:1 sessions and team dynamics to enhance engagement and adherence to protocols. Monitor operations in transit units, addressing anomalies and incidents proactively. Maintain updated critical zone heat maps and incident patterns.

Proven experience in monitoring operations, logistics security, or control centers. Knowledge of incident management, security protocols, and crisis handling. Intermediate-advanced proficiency in office tools, particularly Google Sheets, and familiarity with BigQuery and dashboards. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operational coordination and team leadership.
