Core Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day Salesforce support for commercial teams, including troubleshooting issues and managing routine administrative tasks. Maintain data quality and document processes to enable self-service for common user requests.

Requirements

Requires hands-on Salesforce admin experience supporting Sales or Customer Success teams and a strong understanding of core admin concepts. Salesforce certifications and experience with Apex, LWC, or tools like Jira and HubSpot are preferred.
