Practicante Pre Profesional de Gestión del Talento Humano

Support the logistical execution of organizational wellness programs and initiatives. Provide assistance in activities aimed at employee engagement and experience. Coordinate with suppliers and internal areas for event logistics, campaigns, and workplace climate initiatives.

Must be a student from the 7th cycle onwards in Social Work, Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required. Must have at least one year of availability as a pre-professional intern and remain enrolled during the internship period.

Economic subsidy in accordance with the law. Hybrid work modality: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. Continuous learning and professional support in a leading company in the sector.
