Own and manage the customer onboarding process, understand customer needs, and ensure accurate system integration. Drive process improvement by developing best practices and identifying opportunities to enhance onboarding efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with clients on specific configurations and customizations to meet their unique needs.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience as a backend software engineer, with a strong focus on Python (Flask). Proficiency in working with PostgreSQL and familiarity with other database systems. Experience in frontend development using React.
