Lead the operation with an ownership mentality, ensuring daily execution reflects the financial health of the distribution center. Develop talent within your team by conducting leadership rituals and alignment meetings. Guide your team in critically analyzing stock movements and mapping opportunities to protect inventory against losses. Act as a tactical link between ICQA and other areas, negotiating joint solutions to ensure process fluidity.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Solid experience in managing Distribution Centers and operational routines in Inventory and Quality, preferably with experience in managing other leaders. Knowledge of SQL, WMS, Power BI, 5S, lean manufacturing, PDCA, and inventory management is desirable.
